how we welcomed 2012.

new years is not new years without football.  yeah, we had champagne and kisses at midnight. but you cannot have new years day without the rose parade,

 this surfing dog,

and buñuelos.

so my family pretended that the first wasn’t actually the first and we celebrated new years on january 2nd.

as if we aren’t unconventional enough.

following suit, i’ve decided that 2012 is going to be about making my own rules and living my life accordingly.

don’t worry. you can make your own rules too.

just mix up some champagne jello shots, and celebrate any day of the week.

cheers, kids.
